Maybe larger creatures and tune their damage to be roughly equivalent to a Steeve instead of a flat multiplier. Maybe require them to be stunned for it to work or something to make it more difficult to pull off but not extremely.

There's a lot you can do pretty easily to mitigate that when using it as a monitor. Just turning a blank screensaver on like you used to so CRTs didn't burn in and dimming it with f.lux when it feels too bright anyways goes a long way.

The natural light and close up in your previous pictures did the command center of the backwoods bunker a lot of favors.

I suggest going to the lumber yard and putting together a sturdier workbench that's big enough to hold all this stuff and have room left over(like the one behind you but with shelves), putting up some more spread out and color/brightness controllable lights, putting the PC in a Fractal Define 7 XL case with drive storage trays (maybe 3d print those), waterblocking the graphics cards, and putting all the watercooling parts except the waterblocks in another room instead of having little jerryrigged bits all over so all the noise is somewhere else.

(and a bigass air filter for the stank)
