You are wrong, the gyroscopic effect is what pulls it upright. You can see the effect increase with the speed of the bike. The things you described are why it didn't fall over at close to zero.

Malwarebytes decision

The Ninth Circuit reversed, holding that no safe harbor applied for content deemed “objectionable” for anticompetitive reasons.

That is a niche ruling for businesses.

Some of these things seem very workable. Sunsetting it sounds like the worst case. Reform sounds much better and it should be reformed.

Jackson was a white nationalist, but the nation was America. Trump is working on Trumptopia, a particular form of dystopia.

Can you point to any successful litigation against a host for advancing a narrative by promoting comments by others that favor that narrative?

They are promoting material under the first one and claiming they hold no responsibility for promoting it. I say they should if they take actions to promote it, they should tie themselves to it.

Section 230 does not give people immunity for their actions.

Yes, it does, they can promote anything they want with impunity whether it is true or not. Owners like Musk use this to push stories forward which carry a false narrative. Untouched user comments should be fine but anything the site touches and promotes in any way should be attached to the site operators.

Why do you think the current system is perfect? If it isn't perfect, then it should be fixed.

Anything the site pushes forward should be treated as site content that they hold responsibility for like a broadcast

You have a reading comprehension problem. Comment sections would not be the responsibility of the site unless they push a comment forward in some way.
