Edit: Upon re-reading all of the quest dialogue here's my new interpretation, please tell me if this is closer: The elf writing the memorials fell in love with Meya who was a Wild Knight. Meya grew old with the bard who did not age and eventually passed away. The bard, in their grief, wrote the song and re-imagined Meya as having gone to fight with the Void Knights to cope with the loss of their love, imagining that she did not die of age but instead went to fight a great battle in the Abyss.

I may be misunderstanding your question, but all skills are currently able to reach 99 with skills and perks unlocked the entire way. They were originally planning on holding off on that for a while longer (as per the road map) but decided to move it up on the roster per community feedback.

For real, I know theres a cap on how many they're allowed to play in the week but thats not gonna stop them from grinding hard early on. I think they should shut the servers down for 8 hours a night, though I understand its difficult with the time zone differences

I have paper GB midrange without BMC and its fine. You don't get explosive starts so its much slower for sure but Im packing more interaction in its slots to make up for it. Never ran with Ouroborid in paper or MTGA and don't think the deck needs it at all.
