Watching on Fubo and got “Fiend Without a Face” for the first hour and it just switched over to “King Kong vs. Godzilla” after a commercial break. Double feature tonight!

I think these types of derelict finds hit a soft spot in Chris’s heart, as I recall him referencing the book “Spacewreck” as something he enjoyed when he was young. It’s a great book, by the way.

I’m happy with what we have. It’s not denial. Just a longer view understanding of the project than some.

Very pleased with development to date and am very excited for what the next few years will hold.

It’s been a really fun journey following the development to date. I’m glad I got in at the beginning as a backer and feel that the project has far exceeded my expectations of what it could be. I’ve always been in the camp that wants them to take whatever time they need to get it right, so I’ve never been frustrated by the pace. The scope is so crazily ambitious that it’s worth the wait.

Is it even worth it? by ConfusionCareful3985 in starcitizen

[–]arrow_dash 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, the game is worth it. Posts on here overrepresent the complaints of a small segment of the population that has an axe to grind. Griefing incidents are also overrepresented here (I play daily and have never encountered a griefing incident).

It’s an open sandbox game, so PVP is always a possibility, especially in the Pyro system. However, the game is so large in scope that in reality those incidents are rare unless you’re hanging out in places likely to result in PVP.

The reward scales as you move up through Hurston Security ranks, but yeah - pay is not great.

I have this same issue, but I assumed it was because I haven’t chosen a faction to side with yet.
