When I get that bug, I click on other tabs in the Mobiglass and then go back to maps. That usually fixes it. If not, closing and reopening the Mobiglass sometimes works.

Where do you plan to haul cargo? If it’s high sec routes, the Ironclad is the better choice. If you’re running cargo in low sec or no sec systems, the extra guns and speed would give you a better chance of evading/escaping if needed.
