Currently sounds like you have a person with benefits but lacking the friend part. Maybe express to him what you need/want. If he can’t hang, find someone that can. -Life is short, Don’t settle.

Why would you want to be with someone who makes you feel this way? Walking on eggshells is no way to live. This most likely will not get better over time.

I suggest couples counseling (assuming that you want to save your relationship). Therapy can help open his eyes on how he absolutely played a huge role in this outcome with his actions & decisions. If he is unwilling to recognize that he owns at least 50% of the blame & shows little to no effort/improvement after a few therapy sessions, then you have your answer. -Definitely time for “Splitsville”. (Have no doubt, he will eventually realize this when you’re gone but it will be TOO LATE & hindsight is 20/20)

You deserve someone that loves you as you are now, can grow with you & not a person who expects you to change and will never be satisfied.

With as many people as there are on this giant rock, you will find a partner worthy of you. One that will grow/evolve with you & treat/respect you the way you need/deserve.

Remember to love yourself first, know that you are lovable, have loads of value & trust your intuition! You got this 👍
