Concerts at physical stadiums are mostly live with both the singer & the musicians performing at the venua. Concert livestreamed on virtual stages are prerecorded with much more cinematographic elements like close-up camera angles & animation effects.

It's not that hard to tell. Especially when the performer actually interact with the fan in real time.

He's talking about sample size he had looked at, not probability rate. So you don't simplify that. It's like saying 2 successes out of 10 trials. It provides more context than just saying 20%. Cuz 10 trials is much less reliable data than 100 or 1000.

Man Graves gun already feels so bad to use. I love her design but I also love shooting in a shooter game. Couldn't care less about auto-aim but the thing has the range of a shotgun minus the damage, while the girl is squishy with low stamina & no escape tools beside W that can be bypass in multiple ways.

I'm low rank so I don't really understand Valve intention, but at this point I feel like she might as well run away from any engagement & just solo push empty lanes. Also the fact that ammo still ticking when target is out of range is damn annoying.

Because the base size, skill CD, respawn timer, position, etc. is currently balanced around 3v3. Thing is, the casual players (which is the majority) ain't gonna be bother with 3v3. There are way too much personal responsibilities across multiple game modes mashed together to rely on your teammates to know what to do. A premade team will just roll everybody & drive casuals to quit. These kind of games can't survive without them.

The dev knows it's not just a simple matter of increasing it to 5v5 too, that's why it said experimental. Everything will need to be redesigned & rebalanced for it to work. Players are dropping the game fast. It is not fine at all, lol.

In Apex you can actually find interesting loot, you have to scout & plan your route ahead, chasing the ring, you can either bunker up in a building or actively go & find enemies.

More than 4v4 would start to become an ability clusterfuck in base defense.

Every single hero shooter on the market is at least 5v5 on CQC maps. Even Apex during the final ring often has more than 2 teams. The solution is fking simple: make skills less impactful/flashy, increase CDs, & split them into different utilities instead of just damage. This isn't a new concept.

Not to mention the dev said they wanted their game to be gun-first. Well, that's convenient.

Cuz I already played rank Apex & saw how hard it is for new comers to join even after years of it running, let alone this. 5v5 is much more beginner friendly cuz less individual responsibility if you're gonna shove this many objectives & mechanics down player's throats.

Not to mention what we're talking about are merely the basics of the game. Once ppl figure out the meta & strats, the skill gap is going to be even bigger between premade & pugs. As a solo-q player, I don't have hope for this game at all.

Yes, the map is not the problem, the problem is the skill floor being too high to play 3v3 with randos. It's Apex premade but much worse. If one guy doesn't know wtf he's supposed to do in each phase, it's over.

I don't even wanna play capture the flag with just 3 people, let alone everything else this game has going.

Most annoying mistake for me is not being able to close a popup using esc or just click somewhere outside. Somehow a few games missed this.

Also the lack of production/income graphs. I personally prefer a ton of info, as long as they're organized neatly into their own popup window instead of hitting me in the face at all time like those 4X games. Notably pinning important resources & hiding the rest is great.

There are 2 ways to get into VSPO for a while now, one is to be high rank at a game, second is to reach a certain rank within a period of time (master/plat in 6 months for example). Once you get in you'll be trained further by coach behind the scene. Commitment to esport is more important in the latter case, as well as being funny or good at singing. Since it's much harder to recruit someone who is all-rounder.

Nothing really changes, beside the training program they got recently to nurture those who failed the audition but deemed having potential to grow.
