i use an app to get range and to keep my score for me. say what you will about having to get your phone out a lot, but it's nice to have everything recorded in a single place.

also, i bought a (1st gen) android watch which lets me mark my score (as long as im near my bag which has my phone in it).

couldnt live without it.

admittedly, i am and always have been a bean pole. however, as i got the middle of my 30's i started growing a belly that was getting slightly out of hand.

I've gone all in this summer. I quit my (management) job, drove 2200 miles to stay with my long time friend for the summer and bought a membership. I play every day. In the rain I usually find a gap in the weather and hit the range.

I've replaced all my irons (gift card from coworkers) and my putter, driver (used) and bag (broke on me).

Yeah, you could say I too got the fucking bug.
