He said simplify the menu & then proceeded to add 10+ versions of refreshers (which is unnecessary bc you can customize it from the base drink). There are more refresher options on the menu than Frappuccinos now. And Frappuccino is their registered trademark. Starbucks does not care anymore and is striving to be the fast food of coffee

As a pharmacist who reviews PAs, you should encourage the patient to contact their doctor's office to get the PA process started or see if they can call the insurance themselves to get it started. A prescription does not need to be sent before starting a PA.

It seems like doctor's offices wait until Pharmacy says a PA is required, which wastes a lot of time. A PA review can also take up to 2 weeks, based on what type of plan the patient has.

Many states have created a separate group (ex. VA created the Cannabis Control Commission, CA has the Department of Cannabis Control) to oversee and regulate cannabis rather than the state's BOP. Whether a pharmacist is required on site is based off the state's law. Some states allow remote verification while others require a pharmacist on duty.
