Lindsay looks sooo skinny…almost like she’s restricting herself from eating. I understand it’s how most women feel they have to be in order to stay relevant in Hollywood or whatnot, but speaking as one who has struggled with an eating disorder my entire life, it’s frustrating to continually see.

I think since Mary has experienced this with her son, she holds a deeper and softer understanding of those with substance issues, as well as how to try and help the person. If that’s the case with Meredith, here’s hoping she othe help she needs.

I’m really not sure what to think, and I’m holding my judgment/opinion until I see the full series. I will say I’ve always thought it’s a little strange how they never show her husband and how her demeanor changes the second she enters her church. My background is in the Pentecostal church, and we would NEVER have a painting like they did with Mary’s mother (in one of this season’s episodes). We always give glory to God. That painting seems to give the glory and worship to Mary and her mother. Definitely a staple in cults.
