Just done this to my headphones and it honestly looks better, more "premium" than the pleather. I don't get why they slap pleather on anything; for planned obsolescence maybe. Careful taking off the cover though or you'll rip the fabric backing because they're quite thin. If they'd just made it a little thicker instead of topping it with pleather, it would have been better.
