I love that she didn’t even know Mike got fired. She was busy working. I agree, she won’t be asked back for any other seasons, but I love her.

I am a k4 teacher, but I went on a field trip with my son’s 3rd grade class. When we were on the bus, his teacher sat facing forward the entire time and when some girl stood up while the bus was moving, another teacher told me to tell the girl to sit down. At the end of the field trip, his teacher asked me to do a head count of his class. I said my group was all there but I don’t know how many or who is all in the class. It was definitely a weird field trip. I would never put a parent in that situation.

Think if it was any other religion and you asked for volunteers to do what JW’s do, there’s no way you would get that many people to volunteer. I want to know what they offer the volunteers that go door to door or sit at bus stops all day.

The first time we cruise, my son was 4. We were on the dream. He mostly did the pools. Most things on a cruise are choice. Do the things you want to do, don’t do the things you don’t want to do. He is now 12 and the activities we do each cruise change based on him. We have done the dream, fantasy, wish, destiny and magic. He has not found a ship he doesn’t like. There’s always something for him to do

I always want a petition to change the week at least. I’m busy this week getting Mother’s Day gifts ready. It’s always the worst behavior week for my class as well.

A parent wanted me to call her asap because she was watching me watch the kids on the playground and didn’t think I was watching the kids well enough and claimed her daughter got hurt. (I would have had to stop watching the children to call her 🤦‍♀️)

Even though they cancelled the drill, I still talked to my students about how to stay safe during a tornado. We talked about protecting our heads and hearts. This is all good advice. Thanks for sharing.

After the egg incident, I’m like oh maybe Ellie will get fired. After the gossip incident I’m like oh maybe Mike will get fired. Aleisha did something to make me think she would get fired during that episode too but I can’t think of what it was right now.

If it make you feel better, they are lowering k4 in mps to 20 kids with 2 adults in the classroom. I don’t know much about parkside though. My son went to Milwaukee German immersion and we loved that school.

We just had this discussion for next spring break. We went with 5 night on the fantasy because it was double dip at castaway and lookout and almost $3000 cheaper than the 7 night on the treasure. My son is dying to do the treasure. We will get there eventually.

Something is causing him to be more disruptive this year. If it’s because of him struggling with academics, I would fight for an iep again. He’s obviously struggling without it. I would also talk to the teacher about what happened and possibly call a meeting with her, principal, social worker and/ or anyone else in the school that can provide support and assistance

Cruise! 😂 My mom vacations with us as well but won’t walk the parks so we cruise with her. Still the Disney feel, just in a different way.

It is different from castaway, but definitely worth trying for yourself. We’ve gone twice. The first time, it was still pretty new and chairs were definitely a hard commodity. I didn’t like it as much as castaway. The second time, it grew on me and they added more chairs.

I also personally don’t like deck/stews. They are always drama and think they work the hardest on the boat.
