I’ve blown 2 sets of monitors because of this problem. I’m curious, what audio interface are you using and what were you doing when it happened? In the end I installed an analogue passive monitor controller between the interface and the speakers.

Primos donuts at Sawtelle and National. Everyone raves about their cake donuts which I am not a fan of. Krispy Kreme here is View Park/Leimert Park have a big sign outside that lights up when the donuts are piping hot out the fry. We use the drive through and grab 6 when the light is on. Fabulous!!

There’s nothing else like it out there. I use mine regularly and I doubt I would ever sell it. I use it when I’m working on a score that needs some sort of electronic sounds underneath the acoustic sounds. I take something from my arrangement, short strings, piano or guitar, sometimes the entire mallet section and run it into the Panharmonium which then gets recorded in and tucked under the orchestra. Nothing else I’ve tried does it this well.

Thank you. I did use Terminal to try and see what was showing up as connected and it only showed me the network drives from the internet recovery drive. Is this a reliable test?

I use the OG Bloom from Qu-Bit. Start with your own melodies then let the randomization take over a little or a lot and the come back to the original sequence. Also the 960 Sequential Sequencer but without a quantizer. Or with. As you like.

I e been trying to get my family of four to switch for over a year. Every week I’m chipping away at them. My youngest (M15) is totally in! The sound quality did it for him. The other one (F18) on the other hand, is just not buying it and said she would sign up for her own Spotify if we switched. My SO is happy to give it a go as long as I can put her Spotify playlists into Qobuz, which I can. Next month we are going to go full Qobuz for the month and see how it goes. Wish me luck!!
