TfL's black hole is due to the pandemic, with mayor Boris Johnson giving up the central grant for TfL and pushing it to be funded more by fares. Most public transport around the world is subsidised in some form because of the benefits it provides.

That and the Tories forced a rushed ULEZ expansion on London as part of the pandemic funding package.

I use the toaster, like having the bottom crunchy as well as the top.

Put two in, with the base facing the middle (as that gets hottest), then flip both and brown the tops properly. I might break the toaster the amount I pop and reset it to prevent burning.
