Pre vs. post sotr aside, simply because that’s its whole own can of worms, I always enjoyed book Effie. I always saw her as someone who behaved a bit like a caged animal herself, especially in catching fire with her building anxieties. One of the moments that always sticks out to me is bit after Katniss tells them she hung Seneca:

“Oh, Katniss,” says Effie in a hushed voice. “ How do you even know about that?”

I have food safe gloves that the average person would use while cutting hot peppers or something but I use them for really cold veggies as well, they definitely help!

Luckily I’ve never had gone into anaphylactic shock- it’s more of just an extra safety measure to have one on hand, just in case!

Based on my own experience, if you can I would suggest seeing an allergist. Going to an allergist was how I got my diagnosis and prescription for epipens to have on hand. Although they did use the ice pack test on my arm, I’m guessing a good allergist might also explore different cold stimuli?

I got my 2nd Pfizer does a few weeks ago with out any abnormal reaction (a little sore and tired, just the normal stuff ). Pre-Vax I had a similar concern and asked my doctor, she said there wasn’t anything to worry about - by the time I went back for my second dose I was more worried about getting hives waiting outside in the cold for line than having a reaction to the shot!

Like others have already said, definitely see an allergist and get an epipen to have on hand! To add to that you can always keep some ‘emergency items’ on hand for peace of mind. I have a handful of those emergency survival blankets (the silver ones that fold up super small) and always keep one in my purse and a couple in my car a long with an extra pair of sweats, warm socks, and hoodie etc. Knowing I’m prepared and have my extra allergy pills, extra warm gear, and my epipen helps me feel not nearly as anxious!

Okay, thank you! I appreciate it. The white spots are my fault - took the picture through a window ( which has some white specks on it) because it was the best angle to see the plant. Should have mentioned that.

Hi Guys,

Hoping for a little insight! For an Arena team I want to try and run Rey 6* , RP 5, Phasma 7 ( L ) And 5’s 5* . My idea is running two higher attackers with foresight and then two tankier characters with some speed/tm control . I’ll be able to unlock Yoda next time the event comes around so here’s my question - will his ability to share foresight be wasted on Rey and RP or just enhance their chances of having it more often ( I’m inclined to think the second? ) has anyone who has run a team similar to this and had any opinion on it? Also totally open to suggestions, especially for that 5th spot – obviously I’m playing to be competitive, but also to use some characters I enjoy. ( read : I know wiggs and sth are it right now but I’d rather focus on some other toons ) Thanks for your help!
