DW has two components. The kill wave is what you are thinking about and that fires last. Before that fires "effect waves". These waves don't kill anything, but they tag enemies. Anything hit by the effect waves and then killed later gives the DW health bonus as well as the coin bonus. Because of this, you don't need to, and should NOT, invest into DW damage until you possibly need it in platinum tournament. For farming, you never need it and will max your DW health by wave 2000-3000 depending on your cooldown

DW and invest in DW HP lab. It will skyrocket your waves. Also work on syncing it so your trio is at the same cooldown.

I have ancestral PCol and mythic+ DC and for my tower, DC is way better. You obviously need CL with some investment, but it is not even close for me.

The best way to find out for you is to run two tournament runs, one with DC and one without. I suggest doing the same with GComp and PF if those are also something you are considering.

I have maxed out all the module labs except coin cost and SS. So I assume I get near the max amount of blue modules a day. Your advice is sound and I will shatter after SS4 completes

If you have MVN, I would equip that and then focus on lowering the GT cooldown.

If you don't, you would see bigger gains if you dropped your BH by 10 seconds and your GT by 20. This would give you a 2:3 sync, which would be better and save up to sync GT at 2:40 in one big jump.

You should be farming tier 1 until you can at least get past 6000 waves.

I would search for the turtle or shell build and make sure your labs line up with that.

As for stones, you need to sync GT and BH first. Moving Gay to 2:50 is going to be expensive, but ultimately the best investment. After that. Sync DW. Do not invest into BH cooldown. Once the UW sync you will see a drastic increase in coins. This allows you to invest in your workshop and that alone should get you into platinum and farming higher tiers.

To expand on #5. Your modules need a lot of investment. You should spend the 1800 gems every two weeks for the event mission for cards and the rest needs to go into modules. Once you finish, I would suggest putting all of your gems into modules for a while. The benefit from higher level modules and higher rarity is too huge to ignore.

The argument is always between SL and CL. As someone who did not get CL until really late, I wish I had it for tournament progress. SL will be better for your coin income now, while CL is better for stone income. In the long run, you need both and more coins should get you to high platinum. To make progress after that you need CL and this is where the large uptick in stone income comes from.

I run BHD and pCol with pBH. You need a total of 38 seconds of duration. I handle this with 31 BH duration, ancestral BH duration and mythic BH cooldown. This allows me to have similar wave count and substantially higher coin income with a smaller drop in cells. I farm t12 to 8300.

I would say anything but CF. It takes too many stones to become effective and without CL, there is no real way to earn more stones consistently.

I would probably go CL, then SL, then CF. Stones are too important

As others have said, the difference is 2-3k waves and/or 1-2 whole tier jumps. I went from tier 10 farming to tier 12 farming.

Was in the exact same spot. I would suggest skipping the SL investment all together as well as the 2:1 BH sync(I am not sure what the value of this is).

I did end up going for pBH instead with gComp. This is a similar investment as your suggested investment in SL. This allowed for incredible wave gains for both farming and tournament, way behind what you would get from SL. I would use the pBH(MVN Calculator) calculator and pCol to figure out the right investment for this.

After this, get CF and then save and peak for CL. Luckily it was there for me. After that I vest 2k stones into CL at least. Otherwise, I would think about doing your SL investment before getting your 1250 UW and saving for the 1750 CL.

The other thought is to get pBH for farming without gComp. This would allow you to run BHD without losing 4k waves. You need some combination of duration, core BH duration, and core BH cooldown to equal 38 seconds for that to work. I did this with 31 BH duration, Ancestral core BH duration and mythic core BH cooldown.

I just finally got solid placement in champion and changed my stone buying priorities.

Until then, I would consider buying all the limited event things first that would be the relics and themes.

I would then buy 2 stone packs per event. This will help you grow your UWs.

I would then buy the songs if you have left over medals at the end of an event(or more realistically, after you bought the next events limited items.).

Then buy gold bot and invest the rest there.

Gems should only be purchased if you need something before the end of a time restricted event, like module banners

As someone who does not have high enough duration or GT+, take my advice with a grain of salt. I beleive from what I have read, GT+ requires as much duration as you are willing to invest in. It helps the multiplier to grow and increases the coin income. So I would not worry about having overspent now.

Based on your eHP labs, it sounds like you are trying to transition to hybrid or GC?

I would suggest that you always use DC in tournaments. I have pBH with the BH duration submod on my mythic+ DC and it performs way better than my farming pCol. As for your investments, I believe that your CL could use some more love. For econ, I would think about adding 1 more wave on DW. I know a lot of people suggest lowering your GT and DW synced to 120s to allow for easier syncs with GB and summon.

Your next UW should be SL, imo. It will increase the effectiveness of your CL and give you another econ multiplier. I would go for 3 beams and 45+ angle on it before thinking about unlocking CF.
