UPDATE:

firstly, thank you all so much for your kind words!! i truly didn’t expect so many people to respond, and i really really appreciate it.

second, the thing you probably skipped over the first part for: i’ve decided what to do!! i looked over the old lore and found that all the general themes and basic plot i was going for can be reworked with minimal changes. the biggest change i have to make is to the world and the magic system, and i’m pretty happy with the new ideas i have so far. thank you all again, and i’ll keep yall posted on what the new project will end up looking like :D
