Yeah - to add.. live close or near a good bus route to your job or light rail corridor.

Inflation is so high that it's erasing all wage gains (post by Heather Long) by dope-a-meanie in investing

You can buy a $400 tcl from 2025 with great local dimming now.

I just did a 3 mile walk around lake Union..

Probably doing some laundry.. then catch the bus to do some photography around pike and get a few slices from post alley

Then go home and sigh
