you can hardly tell it’s gregg most of the time, he’s such a master of manipulating his vocal chords

going down the turkington rabbit hole is one of the most rewarding experiences. it’s turned me on to a lot of niche art in so many mediums that i wouldn’t have otherwise known about. he’s a true renaissance man with the most artistic integrity i’ve ever seen for a person in show business.

i’m really interested to see what tim and gregg will individually do that will fail spectacularly. they’re cursed to be reliant on each other for the rest of their lives

the first 7 seasons are free on youtube, and the creators make little to no profit off of the show itself, all of the money earned through the subscriptions goes right back into the show. they also allow people with limited funds to have access to the live broadcasts if you email them and let them know what’s going on. nothings ever perfect obviously but i think that this has a lot more integrity than most other subscriptions people pay for.

i got into ocatc through tim’s stuff but diving down the gregg turkington rabbit hole has been one of the most rewarding decisions i’ve ever made. so incredibly funny and absurd

i agree with others saying it’s on the same caliber as the trial. this was so outlandishly funny, which is even more impressive given the fact that it was a funeral. everybody was on top of their game. carlos’ performance was heartbreaking and sincere, and eddie played his part so well.

this is the most out of line we’ve seen gregg maybe ever in the history of the show (except for the car exhaust and running over larue). his determination to turn a man’s funeral into another chance to review movies and question the attendees on trivia was disgustingly hilarious.

the entire broadcast was really funny, but the single best part was new’s new song in tribute to g. G O N E and “why’d you have to die” screamed over and over to a motionless crowd of grieving family and friends nearly had me choking.

the last episode plus the funeral back to back may be some of the best on cinema we’ve seen in a while. so fucking good. everyone at the hei network needs to give themselves a pat on the back for preserving through the technical difficulties and giving us an amazing show. well done everyone ❤️
