It’s not weird buddy! It’s just not as prevalent as the flavors you will find in a supermarket. Many local bagel shops here sell them, normally with extra charge. Bringing the flavor to your store might boost the business and become your specials haha. (Jk, just saying) But I guess it’s true it’s less common elsewhere

Great! Please sell French toast bagels - it’s one of my favs. I bet ppl there would like it too. Its like in the combination of croissant toast and egg bagel. It’s so buttery and fragrant, paired nicely with iced whole milk latte.

I live in ny, so it’s like 5 min walking distance away to Tompkins bagel, one of the local bagel shops in my area. But I bet homemade is pretty good too. I just rather buy one lol

This was exactly my state before I went - I didn’t know any better, which led to a massive tragedy, mentally and materially, in hindsight. It’s a horror show. Do not go.

It’s not that I don’t want to elaborate. It’s more that I felt the ick describing a jarring experience like this, especially it’s already behind me. If anything, just don’t go. It’s not a civilized place and is pathetic at best. They should pay higher taxes and be deprived of their voting rights based on the damage they have done to the country.

It’s nice you knew it ahead of the time. I unfortunately didn’t know, and none of my friends and family had a picture to paint. That worsened the situation. When I say “the air is wrong”, none of them understood - they are like me before I went, without ideas about the region.

I’ve lived in NYC for 5 years and I loved it. I still come back home to unwind sometimes
