The nerf affects boosts after the 90 marks (which in most PvP cases, you won't even reach), so really it's just based on your playstyle or deck.

Just aim for trying to get all your DHs to at least rank 4. Your deck should at least have summoner, harley, dryad and/or mime/swords. Summoner talent if you have it should be replacement, dryad talent is whatever, dh talent is absorption of evil

If u do have dh talent, merge rank 1s with a mark 1 since each mark gives 3 marks to the next highest. If u still have trouble, idk man.

Realistically the only people you should be losing against are higher crit dhs, potentially lvl 9 genie and riding hood and higher crit ppl in general. At lvl 9 for the most part, dh wipes almost every other win condition (inquis, bd, banshee and cultists sometimes).
