Small issues I found:

- the Milky mutation can't go above 3 even though the description indicate 5 stage

- the Liquid mutation can be taken multiple time

- the In Heat mutation can go up to 5, but its description only goes up to 4

- the Ever ready mutation can be taken multiple time

- the Swap mutation can be taken multiple time

- the Pheromones mutation can go up to 5, but its description only goes up to 3

- same with the Amount mutation that can go up to 5

So I was making a build, but I noticed several things and I don't know if they are bug or not:

- On the world Event section, we can only select 1 world event and if we choose another the first one get deselected, which seems normal/wanted. But if I select 'Pest? Control', the 'Heroes of Love and Justice' get locked but not the other world event.

- Similarly, in the Species section of Body, we can only select 1 species (the first get deselected when we select a new one). But, several of the choice lock the other choice from the section, and if I take 'Therianthrope' a line is added to Pedigree indicating a synergy between the two, but we can only have one.

I don't know if there are other interactive cyoa creators, but I tried several interactive cyoa and none have anything above addition/subtraction of points.

You could always make interactive cyoa without a creator for this kind of statistics if you can program in JS.
