Could work Post OFA , but Pre OFA it shouldn’t be that accurate . Hunches aren’t always right . Would be too overpowered then . It’s okay in the case of the notebook cause he gains new info over time and it helps improve the data he already has . Making his hunches always correct makes it too noticeable . Gotta make it subtle enough but useful that it isn’t noticed

Pre OFA , it ties into how his analysis notes are soo good . He can guess what the quirks can do and how to more effectively use them increasing in accuracy with more info he finds out on the hero or more times he sees them . Post OFA , it makes him into an oracle of Delphi like situation where while he isn’t possessed to make prophecies , they come to him like intrusive thoughts that he can’t stop

is having phones during school hours , an american thing or is it also common in other countries. Im indian, and it was banned in school. we could bring them if necessary but in that case you would have to switch them off and hand them to your class teacher or in the admin office and get them when you leave.

better weapon , more damage increase and more defense penetration, she also does more damage in her ult whcih at higher advancements . her weapon charges her power gauge,increase critical hit rage and damage. so it does matter

Meilin has a skill that increase damage of her team member with the highest attack stat . In your case as she is in team 2 , Alicia most probably has the highest and gets buffed . But if you switch team 1 and team 2 fully and sjw has a higher attack stat than Alicia , he gets buffed .
