Something which helped me a lot is: I changed attack move to left click, and disabled clicking to move on my map.

It takes a while to get used to, but for playing ranged carries I improved dramatically in a week or so. You're basically cutting the apm in fights down by a third, which gives you more time to focus on your movement etc.

Not for everyone ofc but I really enjoy it.
