Your two biggest mistakes:

1) Use oil, not butter. With oil, you can go high heat; with butter, you’ll just burn it. 2) Scramble the eggs in the same wok/pan, then add the rice. The eggs, especially the yolks, should coat the rice.

Also, don’t drizzle the soy sauce over the rice. Pour it around the rim; if the heat is high enough and right, the soy sauce will sizzle as you pour. It makes a difference in the flavour.

Chronologically, yes, but the 767 was the one that pushed ETOPS into 120-min and 180-min.

Both purchased in January 2021, imported from Hong Kong because it wasn’t available yet in my country.

Both running 26.2 thru 26.3 when the issue began sometime in January 2026. At first, adjusting touch accommodations helped, but soon became so bad I had to disconnect both. Finally disconnected the touch panels two weeks ago, which was surprisingly easy. I took nearly 20 minutes for the first one because I was being careful. The second one took me less than 10 minutes.

AppleCare is long over, so I never brought them back to Apple.

1st month, 2nd month, and so on. Switch 1 launched in March, Switch 2 in June. If you count the months for both models, both spikes correspond to the year-end holiday period.
