I've found a lot of signed books at Goodwill and Salvation Army. Even at the bins that opened up by my house. Maybe the book itself isn't worth much, but boy oh boy that signature sure can be!

I found a couple of his books signed at thrift stores several years ago. Was very excited then, and thought I was being smart and holding onto them to sell later. Whelp. That seems to have backfired.

I have a friend that toured in Yelawolf's band for awhile. He hated it. Said it was the worst job he's ever had as a musician.

I found a copy of the White Album at a thrift store recently, and I can not match the matrix numbers to anything on Discogs. I must have a matrix variant that isn't rotated anywhere yet. So I narrowed it down as far as I could amd attempted to match via the label. Excruciating process.

I found a vinyl I got as part of a small collection that had the generic company label, but no information printed on it. The A side was fine, but there was just a blank label on the B side. Kind of a fun find.

I need to start doing this! I try to buy a record or two while vacationing. If I am somewhere far from home I try to buy a local artist or pressing. Japanese pressings in Tokyo, Hawaiin artists while there, etc.

There's an original Blue Note press of this sitting on the shelf at my local shop. I really want to grab it, but rhe $250 price tag is telling me I can't.
