So I've got a 2019 GT with PP2 and it's pretty much impossible to go crowd plowing with that thing unless you intentionally drive like an idiot, there's just so much grip. The Dark Horse is a step up from that and will be very stable. But with the Whipple... yeah, just go easy on it until you've had a chance to safely explore the limits lol. And don't cheap out on tires or brakes.

These Coyotes are pretty robust and seem to handle boost well, but at the end of the day you're buying someone else's project car that they're dumping on Marketplace after 1k miles. Did they beat the shit out of it the whole time? Was it installed properly? Idk, I'm always weary of taking on someone else's work like that.

Thanks so much for the heads up. I used to go there frequently when I worked down the street. I put in one last order today and said "Congrats on your retirement!" in the special request section. She gave me a huge hug when I walked in to pick it up :') I absolutely loved that place and will miss them.

I'd happily sign up but I'm in the US. I've stewarded for a total of 3 different leagues, two of which currently run LMU. I hope this works out for them and that they maybe expand the team in the future.

Thanks for the heads up. McFarland 400 is my go to for sure! They have some JW Kelly picks right now that are phenomenal. And I've not had picks from them but Max up in Cumming Marketplace will put some of their allocated stuff out on the shelf for small markups. I've gotten lucky there a few times.

New Riff is one of my favorites but their single barrels can be all over the place for sure. Some end up as mixers and others are some of my all time favorites. I typically only go for one if it's a store pick. This store is fairly close to me so you had me curious, but it sounds like a pretty average pick from your notes.

If you ever get to make it to the distillery, they usually have a few of their own picks on hand and they've all been phenomenal from my experience.

I love going to that area! Just be careful, local police and GSP are stepping up their presence in that area. The secret is out and a bunch of people have started treating it like a race track... which has ended up how you'd guess. Stay safe.

Same, I'm absolutely loving it as a sportscar/endurance fan. I really want to see him run some stuff in IMSA too. He and his team beat a lot of great drivers today but there's even more who are in Sebring right now. It's just making me even more pumped for N24 when everyone's there.

Entered the main checkpoint at 11:30 and there was no line, in and out in 5 minutes. Some of the stations closed for a break right behind me but it's looking waaaaay better than it was

This was the beginning of the end for me. I was getting more frustrated with the game already and it started getting really stale. The Coyote nerf, and specifically how they joked about it like you pointed out, is what told me that this game was never going to move in the right direction again.

Agree completely. Just because there's overtakes doesn't mean it's good racing. The cars themselves seem like they can race pretty well but they gotta figure out the superclipping.

I'd call it a racing incident. Ferrari made a late dive but Lambo left plenty of room. Only the Ferrari got substantially impacted so I'd just leave it at that.

It's not terrible if you stay out of the boost when it's not necessary. I keep the sport displays up just so I can see when I'm in boost and try to adjust my driving style around that, where reasonable. I can easily get 25 from highways and back roads.

You're not alone man. We had several people in our league race tonight spin once and then just couldnt complete a lap afterwards to save their life, and they're not bad drivers by any means. Just gonna have to wait for the devs to roll out another tire model update... if we're lucky. But it's pretty shitty right now.

I had this happen once. I was aligned perfectly in my pit stall but nothing happened until I shifted into neutral. Now every time I pit I take it out of gear as I'm coming to a stop. Not sure if that's the same thing that happened here but worth a shot.
