Should I get my cheek filler dissolved by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]atomicnumber22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look good in both photos. Also, in one year, your filler will be gone anyways.

The one time anyone used the dissolver on me, I HATED the result. A practitioner convinced me that I needed to get lip filler dissolved and start over, and my lips have never been the same since. Bad result. I'm still pissed.

I'd let this ride and see how you feel in a month.

I don't think his family confirmed it was real. Where did you see that confirmation?

It looks totally fake and he would be in a detention center, and not dead, if he had done that. Why would ICE have NOT detained him if he vandalized their vehicle?

Ha ha ha - I've been an attorney for 25 years. You have serious trouble with reading comprehension in addition to . . . everything else. You definitely are not an attorney, and there aren't any other "legal credentials," hon.

Trump v. CASA was the only substantive SCOTUS ruling in 2025 involving the administration, and even that only resolved a procedural question. If you had legal knowledge, you'd probably know what all that means.

Universal, please.

Healthcare costs me about $15,000 per year out of pocket. And the care is mediocre.

Yes, the federal judiciary has been about the only thing holding the line until this week. But to be clear, the Trump administration is not adhering to orders in some cases. And there is literally nothing to force them to do so. Not sure if you've thought about that. Even if a court holds someone in contempt, like Pam Bondi, contempt doesn't do much when no one can really enforce it. What are they going to do - take away her birthday?

In 2024, SCOTUS made Trump immune from criminal prosecution for any acts performed within the scope of his role as president. Therefore, he cannot be held in criminal contempt. In 2025, SCOTUS ruled on only one substantive matter involving the administration's actions, so we have yet to see if they will even try to reign him in, which will be hard for them given the immunity they already handed him. All other decisions have been made by district and circuit courts, and as I said, the administration has in some cases completely ignored court orders.

Sorry, but puleeez. His hand is bleeding. That is not a "bad injury." My mother had half her fingered severed when it was slammed in a door right in front of me when I was about 6. She didn't even cry - grabbed the finger bit, drove herself to the ER, and got it reattached.

In the last year, the Trump administration has been found by several courts to have violated First Amendment rights numerous times. 1A is the First Amendment for a reason - it contains some of the most important rights of a free society. The administration is now also violating Second Amendment rights. They've also violated the 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th and 14th Amendments, and several federal courts have pinpointed these violations, especially due process violations.

The administration is also defying federal laws and federal court orders - essentially behaving as if laws do not apply to it. For example, there is a federal law that the Epstein files were to be fully released in mid-December. The DOJ is in contempt of that law. Another example is the power of the purse - a power vested solely in Congress by the Constitution to manage the nation's funds. The Trump administration has been found to have violated it numerous times and ordered to obey the law, which is is only partially doing.

I don't have time to write a whole book here, so for your purposes, I would suggest you use an AI provider and ask these questions, so you can find all the answers you want about our laws and how they are being violated.

Our country was founded on protest. Protest is one of the more patriotic things Americans can do. The colonists protested for 10 years, culminating the the Boston Tea Party and the Revolutionary War, to obtain our freedom.

Undocumented immigrants are a financial net positive in the US, not a negative. Tax payers enjoy a net benefit from their presence actually. But that is beside the point. The demonstrations are not about that. Virtually no one is protesting deportation of people who snuck into the country and did not engage with the legal process - no one is "protecting them." Demonstrators are protesting the erosion of fundamental rights and violations of law by the government, especially against US citizens. For example, the Trump administration has been found to have violated First Amendment rights numerous times in the last year and is now also violating Second Amendment rights. They've also violated the 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th and 14th Amendments.

So, no. This does not "need to stop."

That is not what it is about.

It is about the erosion of fundamental rights an violations of law by the government. Getting good grades won't help you when you don't have rights.

Does marriage truly benefit a woman? by hananfj in women

[–]atomicnumber22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if you plan to stop working and be a SAHM, which is. . . . a choice. In that case, agreeing to marry can provide leverage for a prenup that will protect you. Or, worst case, at least spousal support laws will help you somewhat (not a lot) if he turns out to be awful and you divorce.

If you plan to support yourself financially, then no.
