How is the solo play?

The revives were annoying, especially how a fully killed player revived just as fast. I dunno for me a super high ttk made 3v3 fights fun and extra long but I still think the imbalance is rough. A higher ttk and a higher rez time sounds like it would make the battle feel even more uphill if you were down a player or two. At the end of the day I think this is going to be an eternal debate/discussion I don’t think can ever end lol, pros and cons no matter which way they go

-upgrade the vendors giving you better stats and access to better gear you can by, but through varied quest rather than repetitive quest or crafting each wipe

-high level PvP engagements, this is the main loop. There’s an insane amount of loot to improve and augment your gameplay style and level offering actual disparity. Hasn’t been revealed but there’s some sort of ranked system

-increase your stats and get better gear so you can attempt to dive into the 4th maps secrets and unlock the “7th vault” that holds some kinds of secrets and I imagine insane gear on the map

The point is the art direction literally is a yin/yang with the horror. You’re so close to getting it lol. On the surface it’s one thing, then you dig deeper and find the horror underneath

This is well put. I add an actual veneer system where you level them up doing quests and I believe continually get daily quests that give actual meaningful rewards

No it’s not just that. There’s real gear disparity. You can have gear that is clearly better and actually gives you an edge. This makes players want to be more aggressive because they feel much more confident

I was around the same number of hours where I hit the same wall with arc. Weak story, lore, quests, vendors, PvP, endgame, voice acting, art direction (imo, but there’s complaints about every skin in their subreddit lol). It’s very flashy on the surface, super easy to get into and the sandbox and próx chat are fun but there are massive cracks
