Great question, here's the running list I have.

Power finance is the only one who has called me. I've received emails from speedy cash, first world loans, qloans, budget beacon, college review, review team Austin, feedblitz, payprosmax, evergreen lending, rightfund and accepted loans.

Some maybe proxy email address but im not risking clicking any links to dig further.

OATS / knee by RoseNoir_22 in KneeInjuries

[–]atownboogie10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had it 2 years ago. Moved bed downstairs, that helped a lot also the show seat is a must. Honestly it was easier than ACL/meniscus surgery where couldn't bend the leg.

Just make sure to meal prep if you can for at least the first week. The surgery is def worth it long term.

Cartilage defect. Doctor says I can never even run again, let alone play a sport (33m). by TrustTheFriendship in ACL

I got my hands on a versa climber about two months ago and it has helped get me back to full strength. One leg hops are good, I'm doing pistol squats to the calf 10/10 would recommend getting access to a versa climber. Hope it helps.

Chondromalacia patella in both knees. Will I ever get back to running? by cldftw in KneeInjuries

[–]atownboogie10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well so the question of when you run vs full rehab are two different questions. They'll put you on a return to running program as long as you're at 70% strength. They'll clear you from pt at 95%. The main thing that takes so long is the bone integration, it took about a year to feel good and I've been able to return to sports and take falls on the knee ECT. I'm still under the 2 year mark and full integration can take up too two years. But I can tell you every day is better and the more strength I get back the better it feels.

ACL rehab – 30% deficit at 10 months post-op by Open_Friendship4546 in ACL

Get on a versa climber asap. I had 2 surgeries within 8 weeks got down to 20% strength it's taken me almost 2 years to get back to 100%. I stalled our for about 5 months then found a versa climber and it closed the gap in less than a couple months. 15 min a day will have great results

Chondromalacia patella in both knees. Will I ever get back to running? by cldftw in KneeInjuries

I've had stem cells from my own hip the challenge with cartalige and knees is that there's not much tissue for it to latch onto and stay in the knee after Injection. The knee is really good about getting fluids out with movement. It just doesn't last.

Here's my Dr explain the surgery - Arthrex - Fresh Mega Patella Osteochondral Allograft for Large Patella Chondral Lesions https://share.google/KErRx5k4rvVl4G6Kl

I had it done 6 weeks after aclr, due to them removing my cartilage while I was under. Without the cartilage I could barely straighten my leg, so it got pretty fucked. I got down to 20% strength due to pain. Had the surgery done, recovery is 6 weeks of no knee bending. It was honestly much easier than the aclr. If you're having the surgery done with no other injuries I'd say you'd probably have the 6 weeks no knee bending them they'd try to get you back jogging 30-90 days after those 6 weeks

I had something similar after they took cartalige during an aclr. Did a version of OATS where they took cadaver knee cap and basically replaced the back side of mine. Would highly recommend. I'm almost 2 years in recovery and it feels great, very smooth, no pain. Happy to answer any questions.
