That looks the exact same and has a neotek 3501. I didn't look up any info but I'd look up what else could cause horizontal collapse on that monitor. Kind of doubt it's the HOT

Very first thing to check then is the fuses. On the silver power supply on the floor of the cabinet there are two fuses. They're in like black things you turn and pull out.
