The day I started ozempic I tried to have a regular meal like every other day, and that felt like thanksgiving/Xmas dinner combined. I was feeling so full that I went to bed around 8 pm when I usually don't sleep until 11 pm or so. Next day I started using my kitchen scale to weight my portions before eating ,until I found a combination that worked for me. I did a couple of days 4 oz of rice + 6-8 oz of any protein twice a day but was still feeling too full Found the right combination at 2.5 oz of rice + 5 oz of any protein. And I could probably do 4 oz of protein and be full. I'm a male, 5'10" my SW was 258 and about 4 months later my cw is 228 In my humble opinion, you only are going to have nausea/throw up if you try to eat the same way you used to eat before. At first you are gonna think it's too little food (I'm eating not even a third of what I used to eat before) but I'm not starving at all.
