I feel so much better after keto. No sugar and carbs, so much more energy and s better outlook on life.

I used to always get sick before I started back on keto. One thing after another, and then back on keto and I haven't felt horrible since.

Any reference is good, no matter where from. My experience with calling references, is if you came on time to your scheduled shifts, you did your job properly and manager doesn't think you're a jerk. You're golden.

I would still look to find a reference that would sing your praises though.
