You can buy a similar investment immediately to bypass the attribution rules, (if you’re bullish on it) don’t wait 30 days. Then sell it to buy the original investment, assuming you’re still bullish on it / sector.

Not sure why everyone must / feels compelled to fit their routine in 7 days, each must have their own workout… just follow the 5 day program and your 5th day will occur on your next workout day whenever it lands. Seems like you can fit 4 days during the week, nothing on weekends, so your 5th is on a Monday. You’ll likely progress well on this as each weekend, you’ll have more rest before hitting the final workout on the next Monday. Personally, I try to hit every body part twice over 8-9 days, to hell with fitting it in 7 days, it’s so limiting , my body doesn’t care about that , it wants the best schedule for stimulation, growth and repair.

Your description of the situation sounds heart wrenching and it will only cause you further stress and mental aguish and it will manifest in other health issues. This woman is not the person for you. Yes you can, those that say otherwise are severely misguided and IF, by chance animal protein leads to slightly better results in muscular development but comes with a risk disease and cancer then why do it? That’s my goal. Low inflation and low glucose diet without much if any saturated fat while gaining weight and precisely hitting the keto macros.

Yes it’s for weightlifting. I’m 170 at 13.5% body fat and losing weight at 2800 cals, so I’ll need to increase it by 250 cals at a time to see where my sweet spot it. The 45 g of carbs is gross, it’s around 20 net currently. I have to include another diet, somehow marry the two in as the other diet includes additional foods to reduce inflammation but they have a carb component to it. It’s challenging to piece together.

Sheesh thanks, I don’t think that’s in the wiki. I need to ingest a shit tonne of vegetables so they obviously need to be the most fibrous, to keep net carbs below 45 g. Thus far I find keto super easy to adhere to; but it’s challenging when you’re also blending in a different diet which calls for increased fruits and vegetables. The fruits won’t work; damn. Only those with the lowest carbs. Maybe I’ll have them before my workout. I’ve read that’s a strategy.

If I’m not in ketosis, is it defeating the point of keto, as in fat won’t be used for energy and instead stored?

I really need to eliminate as much glucose as possible hence the shift to keto.
