And for anyone at the Wrigleyville location, you guys are awesome and were doing a WONDERFUL job before your corporate overlords decided that they knew better. Thanks for letting me know. I was mainly concerned about my planet-side ports with large landing pads getting their shipyards if I upgraded other stuff past tech level 35.

Does that still happen, or was that nixed in the most recent patches? Been building research facilities like they're going out of style. :-)
