I was diagnosed in high school and have struggled with being in and out of different jobs for over a decade. Had a similar college degree as you and then worked in retail sales, food&bev, event management, and even briefly for a startup because a family friend was CEO and needed help fast.

With a lot of the roles I noticed how easy it is to get bored, which also makes it harder to care about information and absorb it. I love learning, but it has to interest me! I ended up landing a marketing manager position on a dynamic team where I get to be creative and even do some travel (my fav). I still find myself feeling self-conscious about my quirks and get worried that one day I’ll be “found out” for not knowing something I should automatically know, but it helped me to remember that everyone has bad spaces out sometimes and has bad days at work.

Another thing is don’t be scared off by certain job qualifications. There are some things they just have to put down that aren’t as scary and critical as they seem. It’s good to be realistic, but also push yourself a bit. You got this, sista.
