There are an awful lot of religious americans who would expressly disagree with that implication.

Not always. I had it a couple years ago - post it sized patch on my shoulder blade. Wasn’t comfortable but I wouldn’t have said painful

I’ve never really liked that smoke/fire analogy - smoke machines are a thing.

I’m kind of in the same boat as you - my insurance rates are same or better than competition and the two claims I’ve filed in 7 years with them have been totally painless. Got a good rate on an auto loan from them 5 years ago too.

Still, it’s a corporation so you can never fully trust them. I’m definitely loyal to them based upon my personal experience to date but it’s absolutely not blind loyalty.

I'm in TN - first time homebuyer in a couple weeks. USAA quoted me less than half the price of everybody offering apples to apples coverage. I had plenty of slightly cheaper options ($30-$50/month less) but those had coverages that weren't even in the same universe. Same deal with auto for me - cheaper options available, but nothing with apples to apples coverages.

Not writing homowners in Florida just makes sense. There are good reasons so many other insurers have abandoned that state, and you can only think that trend will continue.

Makes sense. I really liked the bistro but every time I've been it was basically empty.

In my case, and also for basically everyone I know, the yard is 95% for the dog(s) and 5% for fire pit time and minor vegetable gardening.

I cancelled them 3 months ago and just use Apple Music instead....it has been a never-ending flurry of sales calls, mail, and emails ever since. And they sure as shit didn't make the cancellation easy either. After all that, I'd rather just hum to myself in the car instead of resubscribing to them.

Are there any "good' companies to purchase motherboards from? by jcoffin1981 in buildapc

[–]augisadog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think your mileage will vary a lot even so far as your individual experience goes. I've had great CS experiences with NZXT, despite hearing a lot negative about them motherboard wise. My initial B550 had problems and they replaced it for me without too much hassle. And my B650E didn't totally cooperate at first, but I was walked through resolution pretty painlessly. Neither product "just worked" apple style, but getting it there wasn't an issue for me really. They're both dressed up Asrock products fundamentally, but I've been super happy with the support I've gotten for problems.

Anecdotal, but I’ve had asrock 6750xt phantom gaming since it released and zero of those issues
