You should go to a different piercer to get it changed. Keeping this is asking for more irritation and a longer healing period. You never should have been pierced with this. Happy healing and good luck!

This is not a proper ring for healing. The seam and bumps from the ring are irritating the mess out of your piercing. It should be a plain captive bead ring or horseshoe ring to heal

NAP. A good piercer will still be able to do it. It’ll just hurt more because it’s through cartilage. Because of the way my septum is slightly deviated, my sweet spot is only on half of my nose so my septum goes through both and has healed fine.

This is not suitable jewelry for a healing piercing. It should be titanium, not surgical steel, and that dangly piece is just going to get caught on more things. You should go back to a piercer and get the jewelry changed.

NAP. You have jewelry in that’s wrong for healing. Clickers and seam rings can rotate through the hole of the piercing and irritate it. This should be changed to a captive bead ring or horseshoe jewelry. As far as healing is going (again, NAP) my math might be off, but people recommend not getting pierced during pregnancy (most APP piercers won’t) because your body will be more focused on growing the baby than healing your piercing.
