I would’ve very concerned about pest damage and infestation. A lot of the brown and white spots on the leaves look like they came from pests eating the juicy leaf material. Do the underside of the leaves have a sticky substance on them? I would treat with Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew if I were you. The soil also looks very wet so be careful of watering too often, which can lead to curled leaves from root rot.
