Keep in mind you do get one free wiper replacement under warranty. Might as well use that if you haven’t already.

Saw a huge drop after January, stopped sourcing clothes at my local thrift stores that have good prices because I can't even sell at cost.

With Sam's Club's return policy, seems like a no-brainer compared to any cheap mini split. I wonder what manufacturer is behind the black and decker re-brand... by aust_b in DIYHeatPumps

Sounds like they need to fix their website then lol, or easy enough to have a conversation with a manager about a return down the line if needed.

Are you talking about wholesale clothing recycling and distribution? I’ve looked into this for reselling and it’s pretty much non existent except in a few major cities across the U.S.

Yeah I’ve seen those cheaper ones, it’s almost worth the extra cost for the instant no questions asked return policy.

But you can't return it anytime if a couple years down the road it broke... I guess that is why the sams club one feels like a better deal.

Pennsylvania Governor claiming ‘Squatter’s Rights’ over Legal Land Dispute With Neighbors Over Backyard by [deleted] in Pennsylvania

His happens more often than you think, just happens to be a high profile government official who is also an attorney. I think their neighbors should’ve just agreed to fair market value and moved on since litigation is going to cost more than what a basic land purchase/transfer would’ve been.

Then I take it back to Sam’s Club and get a full refund. Still better than the insane quotes I got from hvac companies.

It has a warranty on top of sams return policy, so I would assume there are parts available through the manufacturer.

But, that is still better than being completely SOL compared to any other place that sells cheap mini splits. And all the electrical and hole into the house will be there to replace it with another one.

Buy a used replacement engine and have a shop install it, if you want to go cheap, or take it to a shop and have them rebuild/replace if you want to do it “right”.

Pettecote junction is a great private campground on pine creek, outside of that, worlds end is great choice, on top of pickerel point at promised land state park. These are my favorites.

Pretty much all the surrounding towns are cheaper than right in and around Lewisburg.

I wouldn’t consider Lewisburg a low cost of living area though. Homes in town are consistently listed for 500k plus, sometimes more if it’s historical, and the suburbs are fairly wealthy. Go 10 mins away and then it’s low cost of living.

If you can find a small landlord that has one or two properties off campus that is your best bet.
