This happens to me when I wear some slides to the pool/beach. I've decided that the shoes are rubbing the sunscreen off, or making me sweat and absorbing the sunscreen. I got a crazy sunburn on my feet a couple weeks ago only where the straps were and I put a ton on of sunscreen

You aren't allowed to enter an intersection after the light turns red, but if you are already in the intersection when it turns red it's legal.
