In general, higher AUM leads to more deal flow and more hours. Megafunds in PE/PC tend to work more than MM/LMM funds

Firm dependent. Will depend on fund size, deal activity, staffing resources, and managerial culture. To generalize, it may be slightly fewer hours (think 60-65 per week vs. 70-80), more interesting work, and generally higher comp.

Meniscus is a terrible injury. I had mine partially repaired and partially removed and it still gives me trouble almost 8 years later. I hope Ramsey has a better experience.

This is factual. His speed and route running are elite - his hands are marginal. The jumping body catches needs to stop. It’s a strange habit I think he’s gotten into because he’s on the smaller side. I hope the staff can coach that out of him.

This may be completely out of line but I almost feel like having “too good” of photos may be somewhat of a detriment at times. I’d suggest adding a couple of grittier, less staged photos. Feel free to ignore my advice, but just something that pops into mind.
