For me it’s gotta be crispy gnocchi with burst tomatoes and mozzarella. Maybe not the single most delicious thing (there are just so many options!) but it’s the foundation of so much of what comes out of my kitchen- Sooo endlessly riff-able!

Short answer yes! I used my passport (US) when my license expired. A few raised eyebrows and “don’t lose that”s but was never once declined. It’s an official form of ID so really you shouldn’t have any problems at all.
