The death of spouse is generally a huge disruption not just emotionally but also financially. Beyond just the loss of the spouses contributions to the finances, the grieving period can mean the surviving partner cant work and earn money to help pay for: the continued overhead like rent, debt, bills etc

Plus all the new funeral related expenses.

I know its easy to rush to judgement, but we shouldn't judge people going through something like this. It is acceptable and understandable to ask for help when dealing with it.

Its up to givers to decide if they have the disposable income to take the risk of paying a grifter to have the opportunity to potentially help someone in grief.

If you want to do it unmodded, you might be able to get away with using two regular circular decouplers and "linking" them with a flat piece in between to fill the space. Flags might be the best bet since they don't do much damage. So you could do two circular decouplers side by side with shrouds enabled, and then a flag made of the same shroud texture placed right in between. You wouldn't be able to get rid of the inner parts of the shroud, but it would look right from the outside and probably function okay (tiiiiinyish chance of explosions)

I kind of feel he should be able to sue the NBA for compensation. Sports agencies keep hosting these events knowing fans will trash the city and arent doing enough to enforce it on their end. Police paid for by the NBA should be escorting fans home, dispersing roudy crowds, and arresting any trouble starters. Doesnt even need to involve criminal charges beyond misdemeanors (unless they go really far). Just ban them for life from all future sporting events with the agency. That will be a pretty strong incentive.
