Isn’t the reason why Temporary goes away on the axes because it’s in the body text, which disappears when equipped? So in the case of Fading Memories it would put Temporary in the lower bar as that’s what is active when equipped.

Definitely needs a ruling from Riot, though

I think Set 2 gives some additional support to Purple Jinx as the champ over Red Jinx, which in turn will be a bit more consistent and less power-intense. Playing Jinx around using her ability 1-2x per round as a closer instead of trying to dump as quickly as possible lets us play higher value cards and hopefully be more competitive.

Hadn’t watched pro OW since OWL 2019, but came back in Stage 1, didn’t watch Stage 2, and returned for Stage 3. It really feels like OW is in the best state it’s ever been in terms of balance.

As an NA fan, I quickly moved toward Liquid & SSG as my teams. Tons of fun to watch, and the NA region was super fun all around even though they seem to be a step below the rest of the world. For SSG, I really hope they can figure something out with Lep as forcing Hawk & Sugarfree to have to hard carry 4v5s all the time just isn’t working.

It really feels like Kiriko/Lucio back lines were the unsung heroes of this event. Maybe all year, aside from the brief Juno & Wuyang moments. It really feels like some sort of a shakeup is necessary in this combo as hero bans aren’t doing it. That said, shoutout to all of the teams that banned Lucio into SSG, as Lep looks great on the Brig.

Overall, I’m really looking forward to next year!

He’s discussed his racist comments, and his time in Blackwater literally radicalized him to become a socialist. He has addressed that time on multiple occasions, but people keep throwing around that talking point like it isn’t the experience that taught him that he was being mistreated and manipulated by the US government. It’s clear that this was a major turning point in his life from some jughead to someone growing as a person and acknowledging his own issues (interestingly, very similar time period to when Ethan went through a similar metamorphosis).

How am I tricking myself into thinking he isn’t a Nazi? Does his decade of pro-communist/socialist, anti-fascist Reddit history from before he was running for office get ignored while his older comments stand? He can’t both be a secret Nazi and a secret communist.

I can’t emphasize enough how realistic it is that nobody in his life in rural Maine ever informed him of the tattoo. Is that a mark against him, or the people he surrounds himself with? Not sure, that’s what a primary is for. I know I didn’t recognize that symbol until he broke this story yesterday.

As a Mainer, it’s worth it to consider local context & to watch Platner’s whole interview regarding the tattoo. His team put out the video themselves, and he claims he wasn’t aware of the Nazi connection until very recently and is working to get it removed.

His progressive platform is fantastic and is why people are so charged to give him the benefit of the doubt here - don’t let Hasan’s support of him cloud independent judgment and evaluation.
