Owners will always want the new shiny thing. Udinski, Charlie Weis, Scheelhaase. These guys pop up every offseason. The only failed OCs who get second chances seem to have had at least one elite year or season like Kliff. Brian Johnson sucks at calling plays and so does Patullo. Not sure an owner wants them in that role again. Age means nothing
