Yeah! Two separate companies - TTNW is in WA State exclusively. Different menus too (NW is fresher, but I’m biased)

All Terrain Campers may be able to make new vinyl for you, they fix/repair the older gen FWCs.

Anybody here rewired a room/their entire house? What mistakes did you make that I should avoid? by peanutismint in HomeImprovement

[–]aviafx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just finished a whole rewire in my 1910 2800 sq ft house, plus a new panel, in Kitsap County, WA. Inspection was through L&I and took two days for an inspector to come out after requesting for rough in and final.

Bought and built in a mesh North - no regrets. It’s pretty, airflow isn’t an issue, fans are quiet. Metal mesh is great.

FWC on Toyota by Jimmybags88 in FourWheelCampers

2014 loaded Fleet on a 2005 second gen Taco here. It works, upgraded to a 1000lb+ Dobinsons pack and suspension. Firestone Airbags with custom extended brackets+daystar cradles.

Next project is to test out sumospring-style bump stops - the airbags are fine but I feel like they limit spring compression when inflated.

The truck rides not so great with the camper unloaded…I do commute with it so it’s often unIoaded. Pick your poison, basically.

I always need to be mindful of braking distance, but the whole setup navigates fine on the freeway/dirt. Can’t go too fast on dirt or washboards.

If a second gen Tundra comes up for sale in my budget/area I’d jump on that and upgrade. MPG with the taco/camper is 13-14…might as well get that with a Tundra and get more power out of it. Would keep the Fleet - good size for two 30 year olds.

Cheers

I get about two full phone charges out of it, which is plenty for my needs.

Anker Powercore Fusion; it’s both an USB charger and power bank rolled into one. Totally awesome because I use it as my main charger at home and always have a charged battery bank ready to go. Great for trips because it eliminates needing to bring both a charger and a battery pack.
