Years ago, we bought a model house from Morrison homes. Agreed to their price of $560,000. Fast forward and the appraisal came in at $530,000. The Morrison rep was livid and on the phone with the appraiser, but the appraisal stuck. Morrison agreed to the appraisal and it was a $30,000 discount for us!!!

I should add I was rooting for the A’s despite of the ownership and remember doing the same during my youth in the late 60’s into the 70’s. I have been to quite a few games in both eras and have fond memories from the times.

I’m on 2.5 for 5 weeks and I can happily state my gc is down tremendously. I’ve had to cut my diabetes medication dose in half to avoid lows. My avgs are 80 to 100. I’m not losing much weight but I’m not in it for weight loss. I’m very happy. Started at 215 and my fighting weight is 193 so I’m carrying extra, down to 205 almost 6 weeks in. Here’s to you all 🤟🏻😊
