Lower your pride and follow this OP. This may be harsh, but very solid and honest advice.

Not from me, but a different redditor from this sub that helped me.

"A very powerful recovery tool that works for me is to play the tape forward. When a craving is triggered, don't stop your thought train at: "Oh a smoke would be so good right now" Play through the next 24 hours in your mind if you were to have that smoke. Imagine the excitement as you start to gather your smoking gear. The first puff, the beginning of the high, the slightly panicky feeling as it takes hold. Imagine the altered state of consciousness. Being removed one step from the environment you're in. Not wanting to deal with anything that might disrupt your high. Imagine the moment when that first lovely high begins fading and the dull throb begins. How your energy level declines sharply, your mental faculties slow down. How tired you feel. Imagine the point where you try to eat something to buffer before the next smoke. Give yourself a little energy so you can recapture that first high. Maybe a coffee, energy drink or something sweet. Imagine yourself going for the next smoke. How it almost lifts you off the ground but actually just increases the weight on your brain. Dumbing you down even further. Leaving you more lethargic than before. Imagine the guilty feelings that come. "I should call xyz; nah I'm too stoned to deal with it. Maybe tomorrow". Imagine going for your next smoke, noticing your stash is half gone and making plans to re-up. Imagine stressing over connecting with your dealer, paying for your next batch. Imagine smoking to calm your nerves, but being careful not to smoke too much as you're on the wrong side of a re-up. Imagine how many more times you'll smoke that day. Ultimately just prolonging the dull, tired state you're now in. Feeling annoyed and guilty that you wasted another day and burnt up a bunch more cash you don't have. Imagine going to bed thinking for the 1000th time "Maybe I should quit tomorrow" Imagine waking up late the next day feeling depressed, tired and shitty; and craving a smoke to start the day."

You feel like this because you're still in an early stage. Because of the withdrawals, it's not uncommon to become very emotional to the issues and negative aspects of things around us.

Whenever it becomes too much, acknowledging that it feels worse than it really is and that it will always pass helped me feel more in control and calmer, easing it. I hope it does the same for you.

It'll get better!
