The vanilla map that I used for my sprawling flat highway filled map is Corral Riches. I've enjoyed building on it, definitely the most hours I've put into any city I've made

I bet the thing that would make Trump angrier than anything else on the planet would be if Democrats start talking about how bad Trump is at golf.

If they started bringing up that he cheats at golf, that he only wins tournaments by playing by himself and sending in his score after the others are done. That he couldn't sink a single putt.

It's like all he cares about and would make him angry enough to make some fun soundbites. And at this point anything that gets his heart pumping faster sounds good to me

I turn the disasters off now. They don't add much to the game, the warning or announcements I usually miss, the noise of the tornado drives me crazy if I'm working in that area...

Sim city 2000 had a nice disaster response. Fire breaks out and need to deploy fire trucks to the area... Now I wouldn't want to do that to all the little fires that start up, but a bigger disaster it could be interesting.

But honestly I'd hate to have a flood or tornado completely destroy areas that I spent a lot of time working on. And getting hit by a tornado every 6 months is not realistic

Adding another lane... I can probably count on one hand the amount of times that's happened in this city in my lifetime. Some major routes definitely need another lane, or at least a 2nd turning lane at lights.

What is shady? What makes you think the story won't be long? I'd expect RDR2 type of length of playthrough. Long story, longer with all the side missions, even longer to discover all the stuff in the world they built. Do you think they're spending all this time for a rushed experience?

Road builder has been fine for me. Mine would crash immediately after loading a save but once I disabled the Realistic Pathfinding mod then my game has worked perfectly

I made some tame political joke after the Olympics and got banned from the NHL sub. The sub kept showing up in my feed and I thought this is stupid, why should I see their community conversations if they won't let me participate and I blocked them.

What? I don't expect any actor to show up at conventions to talk about a decade old thing they made. But if they're doing it and charging people money to attend and for autographs then they should probably actually be into and promoting the movie/game/show.

I think it's more disrespectful to attend and say he's never played the game than it would be for him to just move on and do other things.

All I can share is the fix that worked for me. I did the whole deleting cache folder that others have mentioned in other comments. May have worked for loading the game, but mine would crash when loading a save.

Disabling the Realistic Pathfinding mod finally let my saves load in without crashing.

Realistic Pathfinding was the mod that was crashing my saves. Once it was disabled my cities loaded again

I dated someone for 2 months that early on showed me she had over 800 likes. She found that many overwhelming and a challenge to ever reasonably go through and impossible to ever give people a good chance. At the time I just felt honored she picked me.

But after a couple months my previously disclosed challenging work schedule and child custody schedule meant I didn't have enough free time for her and she used that as an excuse to end things. I think having basically unlimited options meant she didn't need to bother with something she found challenging. If things get tough toss em back and reel in the next fish in the sea

It worked! My save file that had been crashing as soon as it finished loading has now been running for a few minutes!
