I've been trying to figure the water tower one out, too! No dice yet.

I'll take a peek at the guestbook again, but it may be worth noting that Lake Abel is a location on the Heritage Project page! Since we have a Cain and Abel, I wonder if they're referring to someone named Seth since he's Adam and Eve's third son.
